We understand that sometimes you need to see a piece in its home - that is why we offer free 30 days returns within Australia. We will collect your piece from you and process your refund on safe return.

All artwork is insured so if your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

1. Take photos of the external damage,
2. Take a photo of the shipping label, and
3. Take photos of any damage to the artwork, frame, or packaging.

All artworks use the finest archival quality paints and finishes. We still do recommend keeping your artwork away from direct sunlight and humidity to preserve its integrity.
